PetSuda Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These Terms set out the conditions for using PetSuda (petsuda.com and the PetSuda app, the “Service”) operated by Hyeongeun Soft (the “Company”), and the rights and obligations of the Company and users.

2. The Service

1. The Service analyzes your dog's body language, sounds and situation on your phone and shows them as a speech bubble from your dog's point of view, and suggests ways to get your words across so your dog understands better.
2. Interpretations are estimates based on dog behavior research and do not claim to state your dog's actual thoughts or feelings.

3. Accounts

1. You sign up with “Continue with Google”; your name and email come from your Google account. We never ask for your phone number, address or a password.
2. Your PetSuda account is linked as one account with other services operated by the Company (listed in the Privacy Policy).
3. Children under 14 may not sign up.
4. You can delete your account at any time in the app or by email, and choose whether to delete your account for the linked services as well.

4. Free and paid services

1. Core features are free.
2. The type, contents, period and price of optional paid items are shown on the Pricing page and presented to you before payment.
3. Paid passes are prepaid for a fixed period and do not renew or charge again automatically.

5. Payment

1. Web payments are handled by a payment processor; the Company does not store card numbers or other payment details.
2. In-app payments are handled by Google Play billing, and Google Play's payment terms also apply.
3. Before payment we show the account (sign-in email) being charged and the amount.

6. Cancellation and refunds

1. Cancellations and refunds follow the Refund Policy.
2. If the law of your country gives you more protection than these Terms, that law applies.

7. Your responsibilities

1. Do not use another person's account without permission.
2. Do not use the Service to harm or endanger animals.
3. Do not disrupt the Service, for example by sending mass automated requests.
4. Do not copy, distribute or sell the Service's content without permission.

8. Your dog's health and safety

1. The Service does not provide medical diagnoses. If your dog seems unwell or not like usual, please contact a vet.
2. In risky situations such as aggressive behavior, do not rely only on the Service — please seek help from a professional.

9. Changes and interruptions

1. The Company may change or suspend the Service for maintenance, server changes or events beyond its control, and will give notice in advance where possible.
2. If a paid service is suspended for a long time, we will refund or extend the remaining period.

10. Limitation of liability

Interpretations are estimates for reference only, and the Company does not guarantee their accuracy, except for damage caused by the Company's intent or gross negligence.

11. Intellectual property

Rights to the Service's text, design and characters belong to the Company. You may keep and share your own conversation screens for personal use but not for commercial purposes.

12. Personal information

The Company handles personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

13. Disputes and governing law

1. The Company and users will try in good faith to resolve any dispute.
2. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and lawsuits are filed with the court having jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act. Mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence are not limited.
