Refund Policy

1. Free features

Free features involve no payment and are not subject to refunds.

2. Passes bought on the web

1. If you have not used any paid feature within 14 days of payment, you get a full refund.
2. After you start using paid features you may cancel at any time; we refund the remainder after deducting the cost of the days used (pro rata) and 10% of the remaining amount.
3. If a paid feature was not delivered because of our error, you get a full refund.

3. Purchases made with Google Play in the app

Google Play's refund policy applies and you can request a refund directly from Google Play. You are also welcome to contact us for help.

4. How to request and processing time

1. Email us at bujasaju.net@gmail.com with the account email used for payment and the payment date. You do not need to sign in.
2. We confirm receipt by email and refund to your original payment method within 3 business days. Depending on your card issuer, it may take a few more days to appear.

5. Other

1. Passes given free of charge are not refundable.
2. If the law of your country gives you more protection than this policy, that law applies.
